HJR 30                                                                                                                        
Representative Keller moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
withdraw the following:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30                                                                                               
    Requesting the United States Congress to call a Constitutional                                                              
    Convention to propose an amendment to the Constitution of the                                                               
    United States requiring approval of a majority of state legislatures                                                        
    to increase the federal debt limit.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HJR 30 was withdrawn.
